Regulation 14 Consultation

The pre submission consultation runs from Wednesday 29th March to Wednesday 17th May 2023 4pm. Residents and consultees are requested to consider the Neighbourhood Plan, the HRA, the SEA and send any responses. This is the final consultation. All responses will be assessed and possible changes made to the final document which will be sent to South Norfolk and Broadlands District Councils to manage the independent examination.

Privacy Statement
Dickleburgh and Rushall Parish Council takes your privacy very seriously and processes your personal data with your consent in compliance with data protection legislation. Any personal details you supply will solely be used for the purposes of correspondence relating to the D and R Neighbourhood Plan. These details will be shared with the Local Authority in order to carry out further statutory phases which will involve your name, organisation (if applicable) and comments being made publically available. Personal details will be retained for 1 year by the Parish Council. Please refer to the Local Authority’s own retention guidelines for how long they will retain your details.
